Conditions and Payment Terms

All purchases are subject to our Terms of Business;-

We offer Payment via Paypal where buyers can securely pay via most major credit cards.

1)  After the UK Business Email Directory is purchased from this site we will email the  buyer  a link in order to download the data. Although we will normally email these links to buyers within a few hours this process can take up to one working day ***

If smaller, individual business email lists are purchased from this site then the buyer will be emailed a link to download the data. Or we will send the data in email attachment as per the buyers option. All such data will be provided in a .csv  file.  Although we will normally email links or data within a few hours this process can take up to one working day ***.         .

***Our working days are Monday - Friday except over holiday and system maintenance periods the dates of which are posted on our website (see left hand side bar) . For orders received after 1.00 pm GMT on Friday's and for orders received on weekends we reserve the right to process and deliver your order on the following Monday.

Buyers should check their spam folders if links or replies from our office appear not to have been received in a timely manner – especially Yahoo and Hotmail users.

Note: For security reasons all download links are emailed to the Email Address the buyer provides at Paypal when making payment.    

2) All data provided is for the sole use of the buyer and their representatives. It must not be sold, hired or otherwise passed to any independent third party.  To protect our interest in this respect all our lists are ‘seeded’ with a limited number of unique email addresses that are under our control.

3) We guarantee that 100% of the email addresses listed are correct and we will provide a proportionate refund for email addresses that are incorrect and undeliverable. For example, should 10% of the emails we provide prove to be incorrect and undeliverable we will make a 10% refund of the purchase price. However, we cannot make refunds for:- 

 a) Email messages that are rejected or are not sent by your Internet Service Provider (ISP) or by your email delivery service who may limit the number of emails you can send over a certain time frame.  Your email must be rejected by the receiver or the receivers ISP.

b) Email messages that are rejected due to “server time out” as this is usually due to servers receiving too many requests when too many emails are sent at one time.

c) Email messages that are sent 6 weeks after the purchase date.

4 ) While our lists have contact information such as an email address, this information is part of the list for reference information. By purchasing our lists you are not purchasing any rights to contact using such supplied information. All current laws and regulations governing the sending of emails still apply.  

5)  It is our goal to provide great value for money by selling data at extremely affordable prices but as our lists will arrive completely unprotected it is impossible for us to reclaim them once they are in your possession.  As such, apart from the guarantee mentioned in point  3),  we cannot offer refunds or returns on our lists.  Please make sure you are buying the list that suits your needs and ask any questions you might have prior to your purchase. In particular please read and understand the "Directory Details" the "FAQ"  and the "About Us" pages. 

6) Buyers understand they must have a spread sheet or database program such as Excel or MS Access in order to properly sort the .csv   file(s) provided.  

7) There are no duplicate email addresses within each Business Description Category. However, duplicates addresses can occur across closely related but different business categories although we make every effort to keep them to a minimum. If you are buying multiple business category lists then please contact us for duplicates counts before making your purchase.  If you are purchasing the full UK Business Email Directory, this contains over 300,000 email addresses, 265,000 of which are unique.

8) Buyers understand that to follow guidelines covering Spam regulation they should:-

a. Not use fraudulent transmission data such as open relays and false headers.

b. Not not use misleading sender or subject lines.

c. Add their postal address to all emails.

d. If not in contact with the recipient already include a short notice that states the email is an advertisement or solicitation.

e. MOST IMPORTANTLY: Include a unsubscribe or opted out mechanism in every email and remove such email from your list within 10 days.

We reserve the right to amend our Terms of Business without prior notice.
